Dietz's Sourdough Bakery & Pizza Catering

Erik is self made baker from Ajdovščina. He started his professional journey during first lockdown in march 2020. He specialized in sourdough bakery and neapolitan style pizza.
This year he bought Piaggio Ape and turned it into little, cute food truck.

You can hire him for pizza event on a unique location in Vipava Valley or in the park near Hiša Mladih.

You can also book a workshop in his petite studio where you will learn about bread or pizza making skills.
